Refund and Returns Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days from the delivery date, you must contact Avance Esthetique Skincare Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Avance Esthetique Skincare will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Avance Esthetique Skincare’s one year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Avance Esthetique Skincare cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Please note: Only products purchased through our on-line store, avancesthetiqueskincare.com, may be returned for refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item purchased through a salon or other retailer, you should attempt to return it at the point of purchase, where you should be able to receive either a full refund or an exchange.
- A copy of the Avance Esthetique Skincare credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Avance Esthetique Skincare invoice may be requested prior to Avance Esthetique Skincare Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
- The returned unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Avance Esthetique Skincare reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call +44 7977 442 042, and provide the following information:

- Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.
- A copy of the Avance Esthetique Skincare Ltd credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Avance Esthetique Skincare Ltd invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible. Please Note: We are unable to process an credit card refunds that occur more than 120 days from the date of purchase.
- Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
- You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Avance Esthetique Skincare Ltd. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Avance Esthetique Skincare Ltd is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

qualification and subject to the above criteria.
